The idea of photography seemed to come together with the idea 

that this is how I could be - someone who could have one step in the world 

while at the same time being one step removed from it.

세상에 발을 빼냄과 동시에 한걸음 들여 놓을 수도 있는 누군가가 되는 방법이라는 생각과 

합쳐지는 것 같았다.
