I became a photographer because I have no memory. 

Photography allows me to reconstruct the family albums I never had,

the missing images becoming the engine of my research. 

My contact sheets are my personal diary.

나는 기억이 없기 때문에 사진가가 되었다.

사진 덕분에 전에는 갖지 못했던 가족앨범을 다시 복구할 수 있다.  

왜냐하면 그 사라진 이미지들이 내 탐구의 장치가 되고 있기 때문이다.
